The spark furnaces commonly used in my country at present mainly include Slep furnace, stewing furnace, earth rake furnace, multi-tube furnace, rotary furnace, boiling furnace, multi-layer rake furnace, etc. Slep furnace: Slep furnace is also called saddle furnace. Because the refractory bricks of its spark belt are saddle-shaped, it is called saddle furnace. Stewing furnace: The main advantage of the stewing furnace is simple and low investment. Earth rake furnace: The main advantage is the simple furnace type, but it has low yield and low quality, and environmental pollution. Multi-tube furnace: The main advantages of multi-tube furnace are that it does not require stable fuel, is easy to control, and has a relatively large output. Its main problems are uneven activation, low carbon quality, and relatively large investment. Rotary furnace: The main advantage of rotary furnace is that it is more uniform in continuous operation and is suitable for producing meteorological activated carbon. The main problem is that the equipment is relatively large, the fuel consumption is relatively low, and the quality of the finished product is relatively low. Boiling furnace: The main advantages of boiling furnace are good gas-solid contact, uniform activation, mechanization, and small footprint. The main problem is that it is easy to slag, which affects normal operation.
