Processing Technology

By controlling temperature and time, the carbonization effect is optimized to enhance yield and quality.

  4. Gas Recovery: The gases generated during carbonization are cooled and purified for reuse as a heat source to support the operation of the carbonization furnace, further improving energy efficiency.

  5. Product Handling: The carbonized product is automatically discharged through the outlet, entering the subsequent packaging and storage phase.
