The main equipment for producing activated carbon includes rake furnace, multi-tube furnace, slep furnace, rotary furnace and boiling furnace, etc. Different equipment has different advantages and disadvantages in terms of raw material requirements, furnace specifications, investment costs and the performance of the final activated carbon product in the process of producing activated carbon. However, their overall characteristics are that the activated carbon production process consumes a lot of energy, and a large amount of high temperature and waste heat, smoke and harmful gases are generated after high-temperature reaction. The processing cost is high and difficult. If it is directly discharged into the atmosphere through a chimney, it will not only reduce the energy utilization rate, but also cause environmental pollution.
In view of the defects of the above-mentioned existing activated carbon production equipment and the method of producing activated carbon using the equipment, our company, based on many years of rich practical experience and professional knowledge in the design and manufacture of such products, actively conducts research and innovation, in order to create a new activated carbon production equipment and a method of producing activated carbon, wood vinegar, tar and wood gas using the equipment, which can improve the general existing equipment and methods and make them more practical. After continuous research and design, and repeated trial samples and improvements, we finally created a product with real practical value. Aiming at the shortcomings of existing technologies, we applied thermal engineering, environmental science, and computer control technology to comprehensively research and design an environmentally friendly and energy-saving activated carbon production equipment. The equipment has advanced design, reasonable process, safe operation, and high degree of automation; it recycles and develops the waste flue gas generated in the production of activated carbon, saves energy, reduces the consumption of raw materials, and plays a good role in preventing and controlling environmental pollution.
