The patent abstract shows that a non-contact internal combustion activated carbon activation integrated equipment includes an activation furnace, the activation furnace includes a furnace tube and an inner tube, the inner tube is placed inside the furnace tube, and a containing space is formed between the inner tube and the furnace tube, called the activation space, and the material is activated in the activation space; the gas generated in the activation space is burned in the inner tube; the activation furnace is provided with a discharge cone hopper at one end close to the placement plane, and the discharge cone hopper guides the activated material in the activation space; the discharge cone hopper is provided with a steam inlet on the furnace tube on the side away from the placement plane, and the steam supply unit is connected to the steam inlet through a steam conduit to pass water vapor into the activation space of the activation furnace. The present invention performs non-combustion activation on the material by heating the inner and outer layers of the material, thereby avoiding the problem of affecting the product qualification rate due to sintering, and recycling the high-temperature gas generated during the activation process to avoid waste of resources.
