The application scope of activated carbon is becoming more and more extensive, but because activated carbon is easily saturated and loses its adsorption capacity during use, it must be replaced frequently to achieve the use effect. Activated carbon is expensive, and each replacement of new carbon will increase the operating cost of the enterprise, so it is necessary to consider the regeneration of saturated activated carbon to achieve the purpose of circular economy.
2. It is conducive to energy conservation and emission reduction
If 1 ton of saturated activated carbon is incinerated as waste, it is equivalent to releasing 0.128 tons of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. To produce 1 ton of high-quality activated carbon, 8 tons of wood or 8 tons of raw coal are needed. The regeneration of activated carbon can greatly reduce the consumption of coal resources, reduce air pollution, and reduce energy waste.

The discharge hood relies on the heavy hammer to generate axial compression force, so that the sealing packing presses the dynamic sealing plate to achieve a sealed connection between the rotating rotary kiln body and the stationary discharge hood, thereby isolating the entry of air and achieving a sealing effect, thereby preventing the spontaneous combustion of activated carbon in the activation of air, and improving the regeneration activation rate of activated carbon. A strip hole is opened on the fixed plate to reserve a certain space for the expansion and contraction of the lifting plate. When the lifting plate is extended, the elongation due to the expansion of the lifting plate can be eliminated through the strip hole, avoiding the thermal expansion and breaking of the lifting plate, and reducing the equipment maintenance cost.
