The continuous carbonization furnace is an efficient and environmentally friendly pyrolysis treatment equipment, designed for the carbonization treatment of biomass materials (such as wood, straw, coconut shell, rice husk, etc.) and organic waste. Equipment structure and working principle
The continuous carbonization furnace adopts a modular design, usually consisting of a feeding system, a preheating and drying section, a high-temperature carbonization section, a cooling and carbonization system and an exhaust gas treatment system. The raw materials enter the furnace body evenly through an automatic conveying device, and undergo dehydration and drying, pyrolysis carbonization and cooling and curing stages in turn. The carbonization temperature is usually controlled at 400-800℃. By accurately controlling the temperature and residence time, it can adapt to different raw material characteristics and ensure the stability of the carbonization product.

Continuous production: Different from traditional intermittent carbonization furnaces, it can achieve 24-hour uninterrupted operation, and the raw materials are fully automated from feeding to finished carbon output, which significantly improves production efficiency.

Thermal self-sustaining system: The combustible gas generated during the carbonization process is purified and then returned to the combustion chamber as a heat source, greatly reducing external energy consumption.

Environmentally friendly emissions: Equipped with multi-stage tail gas treatment devices (such as spray towers, activated carbon adsorption, etc.), it effectively treats tar, dust and harmful gases in flue gas, meeting environmental emission standards.

High value of products: The yield of biochar can reach 30%-50% of the weight of the raw material, the carbon has developed pores and high calorific value, and is suitable for soil improvement, industrial fuel or activated carbon preparation.
